1. All packages (excluding Exclusive Use) are a minimum of 10 children.

2. A 50% deposit is required at time of booking (all deposits are non-refundable).

3. In the event of a member of our team agreeing an initial provisional booking, we would hold a particular space for a maximum of 48 hours (managers discretion).

​

4. The remaining 50% balance will be due no later than two weeks prior to your booked birthday party.

​

5. Once full payment is made we will under no circumstance refund any amount for guests who do not attend your party on the day or after your party has commenced.

​

6. Under NO circumstance will a FULL REFUND be given.

​

7. If you are unhappy with any part of your party on the day, please make it clear to a Supervisor or Manager immediately who will deal with the situation at the time.

​

8. All allergies must be stated at time of booking. We will be unable to cater for allergies on the day of the party without prior notice.
