Admissions

 

Have you got a confirmed re-opening date?

YES! We can announce we will be re-opening on

Monday 17th August 2020.

Has there been changes made to your admissions process?

Yes, all customers must now pre-book their play session. Temporarily, we will only be offering one hour sessions to give more customers the opportunity to visit us.

Is Toddler Morning still running?

No, Toddler Morning will return Monday 7th September 2020.

What new safety measures have been put in place?

We have installed screen guards on reception and at our cafe, all staff will be wearing masks/gloves and only a limited amount of customers will be permitted in to our centre at any time. We have also upgraded our cleaning regime to include intermittent cleaning throughout the day and a 45-minute deep clean at 1:15pm (each day).

Do I need to pre-book? 

You must pre-book if you would like to visit us. Please visit the pre-book page here.

 

Do you offer any concession discounts? 

Yes, we offer discounts to childminders, parents of twins and triplets, carers and children with special needs. Please visit our ‘Special Deals’ page on the website for more information. 

 

What are your opening times? 

Monday-Saturday: 10:30am-4.30pm, Sunday 10.30am-4.30pm. Last admissions 1 hour before closing. Early closures and late finishes will apply at certain times, so please ensure you check our Facebook page and website for updates before you visit. We are open 7 days a week, except Easter Sunday, Christmas Day and Boxing Day. 

 

Do I pay for under 1’s? 

No, babies (under 1’) are FREE.

Parties 

 

Due to the new safety measurements and restrictions issued by the UK government, we have taken the decision to temporarily offer only a limited number of our party packages.

Which party packages can I book for my child's

birthday in 2020?

We have three packages available to book, the 'Post-Lockdown Party Package', 'Exclusive-Use' and 'Build a Bear'. The add-on of Build-a-Bear to the Exclusive package is also available. The party room will be unavailable for the rest of 2020, however you will be given a reserved area for the children to eat/drink.

Can I book my child's 2021 birthday party?

Yes! We are offering all customers who pre-book their party, the option to pay only a £20 deposit to secure the booking.

What is the minimum number of guests for your birthday party packages? 

All our packages are a minimum of 10 children, (including the birthday child) except Build a Bear which is a minimum of 8. 

 

If a number of party guests do not show up to my child’s party, will I receive a refund? 

No, we are not able to offer any refunds on our parties.

Can I bring my own food in? 

No, due to insurance reasons we do not allow you to bring any of your own food or drink to include in your child’s birthday buffet.

Soft/Role Play

 

Is the role play area open at all times? 

No, our role play area is temporarily closed.

 

How do you keep the play equipment clean? 

We have a strict cleaning regime in place, which all staff are trained to adhere to. Our play frames are cleaned religiously at the end of each day and our role play area is deep cleaned once a week. If you have any concerns, please speak to the centre manager. 

 

Memberships 

Will I be tied in with a contract? 

No, all we ask is that you give us 30 day’s notice when you would like to cancel which will include paying 1 final month’s membership cost. 

 

As a membership customer, do I need to pay on event days? 

Yes, event days are charged at a separate rate, membership customers are required to pay this if they wish to come along to an event day. 

 

Can I give my membership card to a friend or family member to use? 

No, I’m afraid we ask that your membership card is not used by anyone other than the person whose name the membership is under.

Other 

What new safety measurements have been put in place?

We have installed a number of new safety measures including: screen guard on reception and cafe counter, face masks and gloves worn by all members of staff, installed

anti-bac station at our entrance and 50% of our seating has been removed.

Do you cater for allergies and intolerances? 

Yes, if you let a member of staff know when you would like to place a food order, we will do our very best to provide you with a list of items from our menu which may be suitable. 

 

Can we bring our own food and drink in? 

No, we ask that all food is purchased from our café. Exceptions may be made for allergies but please ask a member of staff for more details. 

 

Do you have any free parking? 

I’m afraid we do not have any free parking spaces within the mall, all customers are advised to look at all car parks surrounding the town centre to find the most suitably priced. 

 

Can I book online for event days? 

No, however you can RESERVE your space at any of our events via our ‘reserve your place’ page on the website.
