Has there been changes made to your admissions process?

Yes, customer can either pre-book their play session via our website or turn up and pay at reception. You can also now book up to a 2-hour session.

Is Toddler Morning still running?

Yes, Toddler Morning runs Monday-Wednesday, term time only.

What new safety measures have been put in place?

We have installed screen guards on reception and at our cafe and only a limited amount of customers will be permitted in to our centre at any time. We have also upgraded our cleaning regime to include intermittent cleaning throughout the day and a longer deep clean at the end of each day.

Do I need to pre-book? 

You can pre-book your session here.


Do you offer any concession discounts? 

Yes, we offer discounts to childminders, parents of twins and triplets, carers and children with special needs. Please visit our ‘Special Deals’ page on the website for more information. 


What are your opening times? 

Monday-Wednesday: 9:30am-2.30pm, Thursday-Saturday: 9:30am-4:30pm and Sunday 10:30am-4.30pm. Last admission 1 hour before closing. Early closures and late finishes will apply at certain times, so please ensure you check our Facebook page and website for updates before you visit. We are open 7 days a week, except Easter Sunday, Christmas Day and Boxing Day. 


Do I pay for under 1’s? 

No, babies (under 1) are FREE when with a paying sibling. If not, babies are £1.50 each.



Which party packages can I book for my child's


We have various packages available to book, including: 'The Mini Package', 'The Mighty Package' and 'Exclusive-Use'. View our parties page for more info.

How can I book my child's birthday party?

All customers can book their party, by filling out form here. Alternatively, give us a call on 01293 538377 and a member of team can get you booked in over the phone. Please note: we require a 50% deposit to secure your party booking.

What is the minimum number of guests for your birthday party packages? 

All our packages are a minimum of 10 children, (including the birthday child).


If a number of party guests do not show up to my child’s party, will I receive a refund? 

No, we are not able to offer any refunds on our parties.

Once I have booked my child's party, can I change the date?

If you would like to change the date of your party, you are welcome to do so as long as you give us at least 7 days notice. If multiple members of your party cannot attend due to testing positive to COVID, we will happily move the date of your party to another available date.


Can I bring my own food in? 

No, due to insurance reasons we do not allow you to bring any of your own food or drink to include in your child’s birthday buffet.

Soft/Role Play


Is the role play area open at all times? 

Yes, our role play area is open.


How do you keep the play equipment clean? 

We have a strict cleaning regime in place, which all staff are trained to adhere to. Our play frames are cleaned religiously throughout the day and our role play area is cleaned after each session. If you have any concerns, please speak to the centre manager. 


 *please note: our membership scheme is not currently active.

Will I be tied in with a contract? 

No, all we ask is that you give us 30 day’s notice when you would like to cancel which will include paying 1 final month’s membership cost. 


As a membership customer, do I need to pay on event days?

Yes, event days are charged at a separate rate, membership customers are required to pay this if they wish to come along to an event day. 


Can I give my membership card to a friend or family member to use?

No, I’m afraid we ask that your membership card is not used by anyone other than the person whose name the membership is under.

Do you cater for allergies and intolerances? 

Yes, if you let a member of staff know when you would like to place a food order, we will do our very best to provide you with a list of items from our menu which will be suitable. 


Can we bring our own food and drink in? 

No, we ask that all food is purchased from our café. Exceptions may be made for allergies but please ask a member of staff for more details. 


Do you have any free parking? 

I’m afraid we do not have any free parking spaces within the mall, all customers are advised to look at all car parks surrounding the town centre to find the most suitably priced. 


Can I book online for event days? 

Yes, you can book your place for event days on our 'Book Now' page.
